Plain-language terms that govern purchases from WeBlanks. Placing an order means you accept them.
01Orders & acceptance
An order is confirmed once payment (or a COD confirmation) is received. We may decline or cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount already paid.
02Pricing & GST
Retail prices are shown inclusive of 5% GST. Wholesale/tier prices are quoted exclusive of GST and freight. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the price at checkout.
03Specs & colour tolerances
Published specs (GSM, shrinkage, colourfastness, stitch density) are stated with tolerances - for example GSM ±5% and shrinkage ≤5% per ISO 6330.
04Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for losses arising from downstream printing, decoration or resale of blanks. Test wash and print on a sample before committing to volume.
