017-day size exchange

Retail orders qualify for a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unwashed, unworn, unprinted and in original packaging with tags intact.

02Defects & wrong items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, message us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and batch code. We replace or refund verified defects at our cost - no restocking fee.

03What we can't accept

• Washed, worn or altered garments
• Printed, embroidered or otherwise decorated blanks
• Made-to-order and custom-colour wholesale runs
• Sample kits (they are consumable references)

04How to start

Use the WhatsApp button with your order number. We'll share a pickup/return address and guide the exchange. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of inspection.
